Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Handyperson for a Newton Abbot construction site on a full-time contract. The role requires CSCS card, BPSS clearance, and a basic DBS certificate, plus a practical carpentry toolkit.

You will fill concrete holes, prepare work areas for other trades, and perform temporary carpentry such as formwork and doors, along with general site duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years handyman experience.
• Valid CSCS card (Green or Blue).
• Basic carpentry or bricklaying toolkit.
• BPSS clearance (in place or in progress before starting).
• Basic DBS certificate (held or willing to apply before starting).

Responsibilities

• Fill holes in concrete.
• Prepare work areas for other trades.
• Temporary carpentry including formwork and temporary doors.
• General site duties as instructed by site management.
