Job summary

A construction and refurbishment company is seeking a Carpenter / Multi-Trade Working Foreman to oversee daily operations in London. Qualifications

  • Must be an apprentice qualified carpenter.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Must have good construction knowledge and background.
  • Must have SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • First Aid Certification and Asbestos Awareness Certificate are essential.
  • Ability to pass DBS Check is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site organization and supervise projects.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients and management.
  • Organize materials and subcontractors.
  • Monitor on-site materials and check labor outputs.
