Rendall & Rittner seeks an Estate Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a 420-home regeneration development in Leyton, East London. You will supervise on-site teams, manage contractors, ensure safety, compliance and resident satisfaction while optimising service delivery and budgets.

The role is based on-site in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on proactive planning, reporting and continuous improvement across all estate operations.

Competenze

• Experience managing mid-rise residential developments or similar complex sites.
• Experience overseeing contractor performance and SLAs.
• Hands-on knowledge of health, safety and fire compliance.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular building and estate inspections and follow through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate onsite teams and contractors from cleaning to M&E and security.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance registers, permits and site documentation.
• Manage resident communications and develop timely development updates.
• Monitor budgets, approve works and prepare performance reports.
