Job summary

Addition in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex infrastructure and platform projects on-site. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and governance processes within a secure environment.

You’ll drive delivery momentum, control milestones, budgets and risks, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery capability.

Qualifications

• An experienced Delivery Manager with governance knowledge and ability to lead technical projects.
• Degree or equivalent in project management, engineering, science, technology or related discipline.
• Experience delivering infrastructure and platform projects to time, cost, scope and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects or workstreams against scope, schedule, cost, quality and governance requirements.
• Lead infrastructure and platform deliveries in a highly technical environment.
• Coordinate project teams and resources with clear responsibilities and priorities.
• Monitor delivery performance and take corrective action when required.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, reviews and governance forums with clear actions and escalations.
• Support project mobilisation and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure activities comply with standards and provide day-to-day guidance to teams.
