Job summary

Radiant is redefining AI infrastructure and seeks a hands-on Commissioning Lead to drive on-site commissioning across live projects. You will develop the commissioning playbook, travel between sites as needed, and own the end-to-end handover to Operations while building a capable commissioning team.

The role requires practical experience in data centre or mission-critical infrastructure commissioning, willingness to travel on short notice, and the ability to create processes rather than follow

Qualifications

• Hands-on commissioning experience on data centre or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel between live sites at short notice; not a desk-based role.
• Ability to build a commissioning methodology from experience.
• Experience across Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning.
• Exposure to IST (integrated systems testing) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities on-site personally across projects as they energise.
• Build Radiant's commissioning methodology and readiness checklist from scratch.
• Own the handover package into Operations and walk it through with the receiving team.
• Build and manage a pooled commissioning team as project count grows; stay hands-on at site level.
