Qualifications

• Previous experience in the demolition or construction sector.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CCDO Manager card, CSCS card).
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Proven ability to work effectively within a heavily regulated and dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of projects adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support preparation of project documentation including contract records.
