Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable preferred.

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices within agreed timelines.
• Handle VAT admin and data entry tasks.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger balances.
• Investigate supplier queries and resolve disputes promptly.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and post to cash book.
• Maintain accurate data in the finance system.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback to teams.
• Assist with reconciliations on control accounts and intercompany balances.
