Qualifications

• 5 years experience in IT infrastructure engineering, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Failover Clustering.
• Familiarity with networking principles and troubleshooting (VPNs, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises infrastructure (Windows servers, storage, virtualization).
• Monitor and ensure performance, availability, and security of all on-prem systems.
• Implement security measures and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Lead infrastructure projects and upgrades, including server builds.
