Job summary

Harrods Limited is seeking a Data Networks Security Analyst to safeguard the security and performance of Harrods' IT infrastructure. The role includes on-call support on a rota basis and collaboration with the IT Service Management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco Firepower, ISE, and SD-Access, plus strong skills in wireless networking and VPN technologies. Excellent communication abilities are essential for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Experience with security layers of Cisco Firepower (FMC, IPS, Web filtering and DNS protection) and Cisco ISE.
Strong understanding of wireless networking and Cisco Software-Defined Access.
Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts.
Knowledge of VPN technologies including DMVPN.

Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and maintain network security controls (firewalls, VPNs, proxies) to protect enterprise assets.
Conduct regular vulnerability scans and security assessments across network devices and infrastructure.
Review and optimise network security rulesets to reduce false positives and improve threat detection.
Design and deliver fit-for-purpose network solutions translating business requirements into secure architectures.
