Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service in Cowes is seeking an on-call firefighter to respond to emergencies and engage with the community. The role is paid and part of the front line, with training provided and the expectation to be ready to report to the station when pager sounds.

You will work a minimum of 31 on-call hours per week under a permanent contract. Applicants must live or work within 5 minutes of the station and be physically fit to meet the demands of rapid response.
