Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for combustion, heating, and HVAC systems.
• Carry out general building services maintenance including fabric, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to out-of-hours callouts as part of the client's rota.
