Job summary

LA International is seeking a Business Analysis and Onboarding Specialist to support the analysis, onboarding and migration of Domain 1 and Domain 2 applications across TSA and non-TSA estates. The role aims to build a clear inventory of applications, their dependencies, risks and onboarding requirements to enable delivery teams to progress migration activity.

Key tasks include gathering data, identifying patterns and dependencies, and working with architects to assess current and target

• Strong business analysis skills.
• Experience working with application portfolios, migrations, or onboarding activities.
• Able to organise large amounts of information and turn it into practical actions.
• Comfortable working with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach.
• Experience in cyber security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure, application onboarding, or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
