Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

As a Sales Executive you will be the key contact for customers during the car buying journey, delivering first class service and working weekends to maintain high standards. The role includes an OTE of £54,000, a company car, and schemes for car purchases, MOT/servicing discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales background.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers during the car buying journey.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and guide them on the journey to buy a car.
• Work a variety of patterns, including weekends, to maintain high service levels.

About The Role

Sytner Omoda Jaecoo Conwy have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £54,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
