Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with Omnichannel service, both in-store and online.
• Deliver a fantastic customer experience through personal and brand-aligned service.
• Support in creating welcoming store environments and visually engaging displays.
• Contribute to retail strategy execution as part of a team.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and compliance with H&S procedures.
• Advocate for the brand and deliver engaging communication, including Your Voice initiatives.
• Provide department knowledge to recommend products and drive sales.
