Job summary

New Look is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an omnichannel shopping experience with the highest standard of service on the shop floor. You will embody our Service Promise and brand values while inspiring customers and supporting the local community.

You will work with a supportive team to maintain store standards, assist in driving sales, and participate in Your Voice engagement initiatives, acting as a key holder when needed.

Qualifications

• You’re confident with people and passionate about talking to our customers.
• You understand who the core customer is that shops within your local market.
• You’re passionate about fashion and staying up to date with trends.
• Retail is fast paced and you adapt to change while supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• The Your Voice Representative role is important in store, helping teammates voice ideas and opinions about store issues.
• You’ll support communication and delivery of engagement initiatives and messages in store.
• You’ll be an ambassador for your store at Territory Your Voice meetings and share key themes and ideas back to the forum.
• You’ll challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
• You’ll role model company values and set a great example for customers and colleagues.
• As a Key Holder, you may support opening and setup of the store as required, adhering to safety procedures.
