We’re currently supporting a highly regarded council in London, in opening a brand‑new 6‑bed Ofsted‑regulated children’s home in West London, supporting looked after children with complex and challenging behavioural needs — and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and running the home, recruiting your team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and creating a safe, trauma‑informed environment where children can thrive.
