Action Staffing is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to take the lead across two therapeutic children's homes in Leyland. We are looking for a leader with a proven history of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings with Ofsted.

Role Overview

You will hold the legal responsibility as the Registered Manager for two sites, ensuring full compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations. You will lead your teams to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people (aged 7-17).

Key Duties

• Act as the legally responsible person for two homes.
• Ensure both homes are always inspection-ready and meet the Quality Standards.
• Supervise and develop staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Manage all safeguarding concerns and liaise with external agencies.

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• 2+ years as an Ofsted Registered Manager.
• Experience dealing with Ofsted inspections and achieving positive outcomes.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
