Job summary

Expert Employment seeks a Drilling Fluids Engineer to deliver safe, efficient offshore drilling fluids services and provide technical support during operations in the North Sea. The role focuses on maintaining service quality and compliance with HSE standards while supporting wellsite teams.

You will monitor fluid performance, identify improvement opportunities, and actively participate in risk assessments, safety checks and quality initiatives to ensure reliable offshore service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient and reliable drilling fluids services during offshore operations.
• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Take responsibility for the successful execution of offshore service delivery.
• Monitor drilling fluid performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Participate in job risk assessments and implement appropriate risk-control measures.
• Conduct required self-assessments, wellsite inspections and safety checks.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and contribute to performance improvement plans.
• Actively participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
