Job summary

Hydrogen Group is assisting a specialist offshore litigation firm to strengthen its Cayman Islands disputes team with an experienced disputes lawyer.

The role offers exposure to substantial contentious work across shareholder disputes, contract claims, jurisdictional issues, civil fraud, asset recovery and cross-border matters, with the opportunity to work closely with seasoned litigators on strategically important cases.

Qualifications

• 5-7PQE years’ PQE in commercial disputes, litigation, insolvency or a closely related practice.
• Training and experience from a leading UK, Australian, New Zealand or offshore firm.
• Strong contentious drafting, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Experience with complex or cross-border disputes.
• Commercial judgement and the ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term offshore disputes practice.
