We are seeking for Fresh Graduate to join our Finance & Treasury team at Head Office and Tongi Site.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily cash management, fund transfers, and payment processing.
  • Provide regular reports to the Head Treasury on treasury metrics.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of supplier invoices.
  • Supports business operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to effective cash flow management through proper invoice posting and reconciliation.
  • Maintain VAT documentation and ensure Month closing as well as year closing.
  • Ensure Stock adjustment (write in, write off, sample issue etc.) in VAT software.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's treasury policy, internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
