Responsibilities

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports.
• Confirming sales amount, quantity and related information.
• Knowledge of Intercompany Accounts and related transactions.
• Good knowledge of C&F bill checking and booking.
• Preparation of debit and credit notes for group companies.
• Booking sales and intercompany entries in Tally.
• Assist in preparing various financial reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports, analysis and checking
• Confirming sales amount, quantity and all related information of Sales from Commercial departments
• Knowledge of Intercompany Accounts and related transactions
• Good knowledge of C&F bill checking, booking, and posting to Tally
• Preparation of debit and credit notes for charging back different costs to group companies/related parties
• Booking sales and intercompany related entries in Tally
• Assist in preparing various financial reports and identifying improvement areas
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management as and when required.
