The candidate will manage training and compliance for security officers, ensuring high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include delivering inductions, performance management, and maintaining adherence to health and safety standards. Effectively support and assist the SOM in managing the performance of a designated region, ensuring that all contracted and temporary hours are fulfilled by trained officers to the complete satisfaction of those stores/clients. Deputise for the SOM during times of absence and take full responsibility for the operational performance of the allocated business in relation to overall targets set, ensuring compliance with key SLA's/KPI's. To maintain and promote the Mitie brand and reputation by providing an industry leading security provision. Maximise the efficiency of the deployment of officers utilising systems and technology to deliver intelligence led services based upon risk and data analysis. Contribute to the success of the Sainsbury's contract through effective training and continuous on-going colleague coaching. Support the customer and be responsible for the timely completion of crime related reporting and any other crime related tasks/activities.
