This is a developmental role offering exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and operations administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise goods-in deliveries, prepare delivery information, and process incoming paperwork.
  • Raise and progress purchase orders, providing updates as required
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers for transport scheduling.
  • Match and approve purchase invoices
  • Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team
Skills & Experience Required
  • Entry-level role - no prior supply chain experience required
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
