Office Space Consultant Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end Sales Management : Handle the full sales cycle for office spaces (5–25 desks) – from qualifying leads and arranging viewings to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Business Development : Proactively source new opportunities outside of the existing Savills network and build strong industry relationships.
  • Market Expertise : Develop deep knowledge of the serviced office market, stay updated on trends, and provide professional advice to clients.
  • Collaboration & CRM : Work closely with internal teams, maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, and establish a strong presence among providers and brokers.
Key Skills
  • Minimum 1 year in office brokerage, property, or sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and time management skills; confident, adaptable, and target‑driven.
