A technology solutions company is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to a small team in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, scheduling, and documentation while collaborating effectively across teams. Must have strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a full-time schedule with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Location: Irvine, CA (ONSITE)
Duration: 12/4/2025 – 4/24/2026 (Possible extension & potential to convert to FTE)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Subject to change) | 40 hours
Pre-screening: Microsoft office assessments
Work Environment / Team Overview: The resource will be assigned to work with a broker and a shared team, providing administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment.
