We are currently seeking an Office Services Assistant to join our team at a leading US law firm. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to support the smooth running of office operations.

This role is based in the office Monday - Friday, after probation, 4 days in the office, 1 WFH. The hours for this role vary in a shift pattern: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. This is rota'd weeks in advance and they also provide transport home and food on the evening shift.

The Office Support Assistant provides high-quality support services to lawyers and professional services teams. The role requires working independently, as part of the office support team, and collaboratively with other service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • General administrative support across the office
  • Direct administrative assistance to Trainee Solicitors
  • Document services: printing, copying, scanning, faxing, binding, and filing (hard copy and electronic)
  • Mail distribution, courier management, and daily post-office runs
  • Hourly office rounds, including out-box clearing and redistribution of materials
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to prioritise and manage workflow effectively
