We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant /Office Manager to join our leading organisation - connecting patients with high‑quality care and guiding them through their treatment journey.
In this pivotal position, you'll take the lead in contacting warm leads - patients who have expressed interest in private healthcare and surgical procedures. Your role is to listen, advise, and support individuals in making informed decisions about their health options, ensuring every interaction is professional, ethical, and compassionate.
Alongside your own sales activity, you'll manage and motivate a team of six dedicated admin and sales staff, ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient communication, and consistent achievement of performance goals.
Engage with warm leads via phone and email, converting enquiries into consultations or bookings.
Provide clear, informative advice on private healthcare and surgical options.
Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales and admin team (6 staff), fostering a positive, target‑driven culture.
Oversee daily workflow, ensuring all patient enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with clinical teams and partner hospitals to ensure a seamless patient journey.
We're looking for someone with a blend of sales expertise, leadership ability, and genuine care for patients.
Proven background in telesales or consultative sales (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong leadership or team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident working with CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.
