Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of IT Systems, Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of supporting projects and working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and able to work flexibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the confidence to work alone.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of office organisation activities.
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records.
  • Manage correspondence by handling emails and post.
  • Support service delivery and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate holidays for the office team and Care Professionals.
  • Provide project admin support for successful project implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s policies.
