We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join our Rapport team. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
We are looking for an organised, creative, and strategic thinker who will work closely with our Real Estate, Risk, Technology, and Projects teams to create and maintain a world-class workspace that inspires our people to do their best work. This role involves upholding, scaling, and evolving our client’s workplace standards across the portfolio, delivering an exceptional employee experience by constantly adapting and evolving the workplace environment to meet business needs.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
