A leading consulting firm is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator for their London hub. This in-person role involves maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing office facilities, managing supplies, and ensuring safety. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in office coordination and is skilled in using Microsoft Office tools. This position requires proactivity and strong organizational skills.

As Office Operations Coordinator - Facilities & Workplace, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational rhythm of our London hub. You’ll be responsible for the daily upkeep, setup, safety, and support functions that allow our people and space to operate at their best.
This role blends hands‑on support with a growing level of ownership and independent judgment — proactively addressing issues, keeping systems running, and flagging risks before they, etc.
You’ll work closely with the Office Operations Senior Manager & Senior Coordinator to collaborate with vendors, building teams, and office staff to ensure London Canary Wharf remains a high‑functioning, safe, and well‑cared‑for space.
