You’ll play a key/integral role in keeping the advisory business running efficiently, managing a small team of administrators, supporting advisers, clients and insurers, while ensuring the business maintains its high standards of compliance and client service.

You will be equally comfortable handling administration, supporting advisers and taking the initiative to improve internal processes. Whether you are a skilled Client Services Executive or an experienced Office Manager from a financial administration background you’ll be ready for a new challenge.

Typical responsibilities

  • Managing workflow, reporting and case tracking via CRM platforms.
  • Supporting Directors with operational, compliance and project tasks.
  • Contributing ideas and structure as the business continues to scale.

  • Previous experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Mortgages, or Professional Services administration. Some management experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and CRM systems (and the ability to learn new ones quickly).
  • A self-motivated approach and comfortable working independently.
  • A genuine interest in developing within a growing business — whether that means mastering client administration or stepping up into operational management.
