A well-established Financial Services Practice in Belfast is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee a small team and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include client management, improving internal processes, and supporting the advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial administration and excellent organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 with benefits including remote work and private medical insurance.
My client is a well-established, locally owned Financial Services Practice specialising in Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection for company directors and SME clients across the UK.
They have built up a reputation for professional excellence and client trust. Due to year-on-year growth and continued expansion, they seek to appoint a high-calibre Office Managerto join their operations team on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll play a key/integral role in keeping the advisory business running efficiently, managing a small team of administrators, supporting advisers, clients and insurers, while ensuring the business maintains its high standards of compliance and client service.
You will be equally comfortable handling administration, supporting advisers and taking the initiative to improve internal processes. Whether you are a skilled Client Services Executive or an experienced Office Manager from a financial administration background you’ll be ready for a new challenge.
Client is offering an attractive package to reflect skills and experience. Starting salary £35,000 to £40,000 on offer.
