About Our Client

The company is a small-sized organisation operating within the beauty industry. It is known for its focus on quality and customer satisfaction, offering a collaborative and professional working environment. Please note this is a part time role 4 half days a week in the office.

Job Description
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate events
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.

A successful Office Manager

  • Proven experience in an office management role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous but not essential
