This is a central role ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of a busy, modern office while providing high‑quality administrative support to the Executive and People teams. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to person in a dynamic environment—proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate what’s needed before being asked. You’ll balance operational oversight with hands‑on assistance, maintaining an efficient, welcoming workplace while supporting senior stakeholders with precision and discretion.

What you will do:

You will oversee all aspects of office management, ensuring a professional, well‑maintained, and positive working environment. This includes managing office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships; coordinating internal events; maintaining health and safety standards; and acting as a central point of contact for staff and visitors. Alongside this, you’ll provide administrative support to the Executive and People teams, including diary coordination, travel arrangements, and assistance with meetings and projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring communication flows effectively throughout the business and that day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly.

What you’ll bring:

You will have 3–5 years’ experience in office management, team support, or a similar administrative role within a fast‑paced, professional setting. You’re naturally organised, detail‑oriented, and take pride in upholding high standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools. You’ll be approachable, solutions‑focused, and discreet, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively. Experience liaising with suppliers or managing facilities is desirable, and familiarity with health and safety procedures is a plus.
