Overview
You’ll help keep our London office running smoothly every day. You’ll support our leadership team, make sure everything is organised, and help build a friendly, positive workplace. This job mixes office management, assistant duties, and team coordination a bit of everything that keeps a company moving.
Responsibilities
- Office Management: Make sure the office stays tidy, welcoming, and professional.
- Executive Support: Be the main contact for the building team, suppliers, and deliveries. Handle things like meeting room bookings, supplies, and safety checks. Help new team members get set up and feel at home.
- Team Operations & Events: Organise busy calendars and set up meetings. Book Orders, hotels, and deliveries. Prepare meeting notes, record minutes, and make sure action points get done. Keep private information safe and confidential. Plan fun team days, client events, and company get-togethers. Handle event budgets, bookings, and supplier communication. Support company updates and projects that bring the team closer together. Jump in on cross-team projects when needed.
About You
- Super organised, reliable, and pay close attention to detail.
- You see problems early and like to fix them fast.
- Calm and focused even when things get busy.
- Great at talking to people at all levels of the company.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
- You’ve worked in an office, admin, or operations role before — deally somewhere fast-paced or tech-focused.
