Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking an experienced school Office Manager for a well-established primary school in Birmingham (B19), West Midlands. This is a long-term role within a supportive school community.

This primary school-based Office Manager job is offered on a full-time, interim basis to start from January 2026. If you are available from January 2026 and seeking a new education-based office support role we would be keen to speak with you. The role is initially offered full time, Monday to Friday with working hours of 8.30 to 4.30pm. A part time working pattern may be considered. You will have the opportunity to apply on a permanent basis after a period of time. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions, Education Experts provide you with a personal service like no other. We are ideally looking for a school experienced office professional who has an understanding of education practices.

A relevant UK based qualification.

Substantial experience working within a primary education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
