A few examples of your responsibilities

• Keep the office in top shape—pristine, well-furnished, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate office activities as the key contact for cleaners, receptionists, and suppliers.
• Organize onboarding initiatives for new team members, making sure they feel like part of the tribe from day one.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all office-related requests, ensuring everything functions seamlessly for our on-site Spooners.
