A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a confident Office Manager to support the administrative services at their hospital. Candidates should have strong organisational skills and be proficient in tools such as Excel and Word. You'll be working 37.5 hours a week (Monday Friday 9am 5pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Harrow.Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
The role:To provide managerial and administrative support to the hospital by managing the day-to-day functions of the administrative services. Also to provide Line Management and supervision for admin roles including Reception, Medical Secretaries/ Ward Administrators and Accounts Administrator.
