Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team on a full‑time basis in overseeing the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in managing administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
  • Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, inductions and performance evaluations
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling
  • Generate quotes and invoices
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Marketing, advertising and website management
  • Conduct team meetings and coordinate office events
  • Manage company insurance
Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
