A leading SME brand in the UK is seeking an Office Manager to oversee operations with full autonomy. The role includes managing the MD's inbox, organizing travel, raising customer orders, and processing retailer orders. The ideal candidate is experienced in admin support with a strong understanding of e-commerce. This position offers a salary of up to £30,000 and hybrid working after training.

Qualifications

  • Experience of sales order processing.
  • Worked in an all-around admin support role.
  • Have an SME mindset, willing to go outside the role's parameters if required.
  • Dealt with web orders and have e-commerce understanding.
  • Strong communication skills and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Managing MD's inbox and dealing with standard queries.
  • Organizing flights, travel, accommodation etc.
  • Raising D2C customer orders.
  • Raise POs with UK suppliers for packaging and materials.
  • Assisting with raising packing lists for the warehouse.
  • Process retailer orders for clients including Harrods and John Lewis.
  • Organizing delivery using couriers.
