Office Manager - Fleet & Administrative Support

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee both a company vehicle fleet and general office operations. This role combines fleet management responsibilities with front-of-house and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management
- Oversee daily operations of a fleet of vehicles.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements with external providers.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, including registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance.
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.
- Track and report on fleet costs, maintenance schedules, and utilization.
- Develop and implement fleet-related policies to optimize efficiency and control costs.
Front-of-House & Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supplies, facilities, and operational tasks.
- Support internal communications and team coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in fleet management, office management, or administrative operations.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
- Front-of-house experience, such as reception, call handling, and visitor management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email/calendar tools, and fleet management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Optional: Valid driver's license.
