Your team
  • This is a full-time office-based role at our project office in Inverness-shire.
Making Possible

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Reporting of KPI's
  • Meet and greet all employees who visit the site
  • Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
  • Completing the site resource tracker each week
  • General filing and office duties
  • Soft copy file management
  • Record Keeping
  • Assisting managers with clerical duties
  • Ordering office consumables
  • Correspondence in and out
  • General office housekeeping
  • Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks
What do you bring to the role?
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced similar role
  • Strong IT experience, preferably with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a large-scale, multi-site organisation
  • Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
