About the Role & Team

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the smooth running of office operations at our head office in Uxbridge providing administrative support and ensuring a professional well-organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations including managing reception staff and liaison with security.
  • Manage third party contract arrangements and interfaces.
  • Maintain Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments for Head Office.
  • Perform all other Facility Management at Head Office.
  • Set up and maintain virtual business cards for staff.
  • Maintain Congestion and Dartford Tunnel Accounts.
  • Manage insurance claims for all LSQ / SQR properties.
  • Manage insurance and maintenance for company vans.
  • Liaise with Marketing Sales and Project Manager for set up on new sites.
  • Update the Health & Safety Board Report monthly.
