Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands are also Willow Pumps and Filta, two expanding businesses focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions, offering a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are looking for a well‑established Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office, ensuring all administrative, financial and operational processes support field operations and management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a drainage, construction, engineering or facilities management environment, understanding the pace, compliance needs and technical aspects of the industry.
The role is a supervisory role overseeing the engineering team and the day‑to‑day running of a very busy drainage business.
You will be the ‘go to’ person for internal and external stakeholders including Engineers, office employees, senior management and the Metro Rod support centre. The role requires proven office management experience capable of organising and managing a very busy office. Main duties (not exclusive):
