We are a small but expanding Minicab company serving SE London. Due to continued success, the company is seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join this well-respected and rapidly expanding firm.

Job Role
  • Oversee office management tasks, including health & safety compliance, maintaining office records
  • Managing staff schedules and potential conflicts
  • Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
  • Helping establish and maintain office procedures
  • Assisting senior management team when needed
  • Handle the issuing and processing of all relevant documents
  • Handle customer correspondence and communications efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Must have a professional telephone manner and have excellent communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure, and willing to take on challenges
  • Able to learn new skills
  • Have at least 4 GCSE’s
  • Have good IT skills.
  • Be honest and reliable.
