The Office Manager is the heartbeat of our London office - a cultural anchor and operational problem‑solver who keeps our environment running smoothly and brings positive energy to the space. This is an in‑person role based 5 days per week in our Soho Square office, where you'll own our workplace experience end‑to‑end: from IT onboarding and facilities management to wellbeing initiatives and team socials. You'll partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to create a workspace where people can genuinely do their best work.
This role blends IT operations, facilities management, vendor ownership, culture‑building, and people experience. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and loves making a tangible impact day to day.
