Some of your duties will include:

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the offices over 3 depots
  • Providing support to the MD and assisting the Executive Team
  • Managing MD’s diary schedule and organising travel requirements
  • Responsible for office maintenance, services, telecoms and IT
  • Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating costs with suppliers
  • Responsible for recruitment process, managing and maintaining HR records
