We’re partnering with a fast-growing Biotech organisation who is looking for an Office Manager to manage the operations of their buzzy, dynamic and collaborative Central London office. This brand-new role offers the chance to make a real impact - overseeing the day-to-day running of the office space, leading on projects, streamlining processes, driving company culture and engagement across the business.
You’ll be the go-to person for operations, people initiatives, and office experience, helping to create an inspiring, collaborative environment while supporting the company on its journey towards B Corp certification. We’re ideally looking for someone with around three years’ experience in office management, operations, or administration, ideally within a Tech, Biotech, or a start-up environment.
