Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Location: Based in Westminster, London
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, working 8:00 - 16:00 with flexibility as required
Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Office Manager with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our busy London office. You will be able to stay calm and well organised under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
As the Office Manager in the NFU's London office, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, including senior internal, external and political stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office and any meetings taking place. You will have responsibility for departmental invoices and support the Head of External Affairs with budget reporting. The role will also require you to provide secretarial support for the Head of External Affairs as well as support to the External Affairs team.
