The Role: Our Office Manager is a pivotal position, responsible for creating a positive and efficient workplace. This role blends operational management and people-focused initiatives. You will ensure the office runs smoothly while also leading key engagement activities to build a connected and supportive company culture.

About Formula E: Formula E, the world's fastest-growing sport, is redefining motorsport with a bold focus on innovation and sustainability. Responsibilities
  • Team & Budget Management: Line manage the Office Coordinator, guide their development and ensure the team's success. Manage the office budget, making strategic decisions that provide value and support for the team.
  • Employee Engagement & Communications: Be the creative force behind our internal community, organising events like town halls and social gatherings. Manage internal communications to ensure updates are timely, consistent, and engaging for every employee.
  • Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations, liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure facilities run smoothly and maintain a best-in-class workspace.
What we're looking for
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple processes and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment. This includes budgets, suppliers, and internal projects with precision.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Central point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, and senior stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Able to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

You must be able to work in our Hammersmith office 5 days a week.
