A leading financial infrastructure firm in Camden Town is seeking an Office Manager and Team Assistant to manage office operations and provide executive support. The role is hybrid, focusing on maintaining a productive office environment and assisting key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience and is highly organised, with strong communication skills. The Office Manager and Team Assistant plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office while providing admin support to the Exec and People team. The role is split approximately 80% office management and 20% team assistant support, balancing operational oversight with proactive assistance to key stakeholders. In this hybrid capacity, the postholder will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate logistics, maintain a positive and productive workplace environment, and act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners. They will also provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Exec including diary management, meeting coordination, communication support, and project administration with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, approachable, and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will take genuine pride in maintaining a polished, efficient, and welcoming workplace, anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and delivering work with impeccable attention to detail.
